Service Refunds

  • All Sales Final: All sales are final once a service is completed. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the service, contact our management team to discuss any concerns.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Special Conditions

  • Promotional or discounted Items: Non-service items purchased during a promotion or sale are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
  • Defective Products: Per Texas law, if a product is identified to have a defect, CryoBoost will offer a remedy of repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe your product is defective. 
  • Unopened Products: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if it was not a promotional or discounted item. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened Products: Opened products may not be returned unless they are defective or damaged. In the case of a defect or damage, return the product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange upon inspection.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to certain returned items. This fee will be disclosed at the time of purchase, where applicable.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • In-Person: Visit CryoBoost with the product and proof of purchase.
  • By Mail: Contact us at 469-534-7824 or cryoboostallen@gmail.com to arrange a return by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

 

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the return or cancellation is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
