I believe the services I received yesterday aided in me not being as sore from my workout as I normally would be. My husband loved the NormaTec! We both felt a difference in our energy once we warmed up after the cryoboost. (I really enjoyed the cold because I’m always hot.) The staff was super nice and helpful, too. And, I actually slept through the night until 6:30 this morning! That is such a blessing to me as I typically wake up at 4:30 every night and struggle to get back to sleep. There was no pressure to buy anything but I did and can’t wait to be back.
Oh, this place is really a one stop shop for self-care! They offer so much from the cryoboost and light therapy to plant-based supplements and IV infusion. They even offer waxing and eyelash services!
